Fast CoreXY Motion with Practical Control

The AD5X reaches up to 300 mm/s print speed, up to 600 mm/s travel speed, and up to 20,000 mm/s acceleration. One click auto leveling measures the build surface and compensates automatically before printing. The 4.3 inch color touchscreen keeps daily controls close at hand, while the PEI flexible steel sheet provides a removable print surface for easier part handling.

Flexible Materials and Nozzle Choices

A 300C direct drive extruder supports PLA, PETG, TPU grades, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF. The installed 0.4 mm nozzle handles everyday work, while optional 0.25 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm nozzles let you favor finer detail or faster deposition. Dual channel cooling and vibration compensation support consistent output as print demands change.

Power outage recovery can resume from the last checkpoint, with Flashforge rating resume print success at 99 percent. For single color jobs, refill printing can move to another IFS channel when the same filament type and color is configured. Flash Maker and Orca-Flashforge also support remote monitoring and multi device management for a more connected workflow.
