The Fusion is for shooters who want 360 footage from the camera that started GoPro’s 360 line.
All it shoots is everything
Fusion records a full 360 sphere at 5.2K30 so you can find the best angle afterwards, with 18 MP spherical photos.
OverCapture
Punch out normal 16:9 videos and stills from the 360 footage, panning and tilting in post, on a phone or in Fusion Studio.
Shockingly smooth video
Because the whole sphere is captured, the software stabilises footage like a gimbal without any moving parts.
Spherical audio and voice control
Surround sound is recorded from every direction, and the camera answers GoPro voice commands.
Waterproof and grip included
Waterproof to 5 m without a housing; the Fusion Grip with built-in tripod was included at launch.
