Nanlite BDR-BM-40 Beauty Dish Reflector

The Nanlite BDR-BM-40 Beauty Dish Reflector is engineered to deliver the soft, flattering light that portrait photographers demand. Designed for Bowens Mount fixtures up to 600W, this 40 cm beauty dish combines professional performance with genuine portability.

An orange-peel textured interior ensures even, consistent reflection across your subject, creating natural-looking illumination ideal for portraiture. The included diffuser softens the light further for those ultra-smooth results, whilst the honeycomb grid gives you precise control over beam spread and direction — meaning you can shape the light exactly as your shot requires.

Weighing just 950 grams, the BM40 is light enough to move between locations without fatigue, making it equally at home in the studio or on location shoots. Whether you’re capturing intimate portraits or polished commercial work, this beauty dish strikes the ideal balance between soft wrap-around light and focused directional control.
