Description

The Nikon AF Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8D is a highly regarded macro lens capable of producing life-size 1:1 magnification, making it ideal for close-up photography of subjects such as flowers, insects, and product details. With a standard focal length of 60mm, it also doubles as a sharp portrait and everyday prime lens.

This lens delivers superb image quality, with excellent sharpness, contrast, and color rendering from edge to edge. The f/2.8 maximum aperture provides pleasant background blur (bokeh) and good low-light performance, while the internal focusing design ensures the lens does not extend as you focus closer.

While it features autofocus, the AF system requires Nikon DSLR bodies with a built-in motor (e.g., D7000 series, D750, D850). On entry-level DSLRs (like D3000 or D5000 series), it will function as manual focus only.

Compact, reliable, and optically excellent, this is a go-to macro lens for both hobbyists and professionals.
