Nikon HB50 Lens Hood

The Nikon HB50 is a genuine lens hood designed specifically for the AF-S Nikkor 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR lens. It’s an essential accessory that protects your investment and improves image quality in a range of shooting conditions.

This hood works by blocking stray light from entering around the sides of your lens’s front element, which helps reduce flare and improves contrast in your images. Beyond optical benefits, the HB50 also offers practical protection–its design shields the front element from minor impacts and bumps that can occur during regular use.

As an official Nikon spare part, you can be confident it’s engineered to fit perfectly and perform as intended with your 28-300mm lens.
