Description

The Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS M allows Canon EF and EF-S lenses to be used on Canon EOS M-series mirrorless cameras with an EF-M mount. It provides a straightforward way to expand an EOS M system using Canon’s extensive range of EF and EF-S lenses.

The adapter maintains electronic communication between the camera and compatible lens, allowing autofocus and lens-based image stabilization functions to be retained. This makes it possible to use compatible EF and EF-S lenses without sacrificing their principal electronic functions.

A removable tripod mount is included for additional support when using larger or heavier EF lenses. The adapter itself is compact and lightweight, making it practical for photographers who want to combine Canon DSLR lenses with the smaller EOS M camera system.

The EF-EOS M is particularly useful for EOS M owners who already have Canon EF or EF-S lenses or want access to a broader selection of Canon optics beyond the native EF-M lens range.
