The Nikon 1 S2 is a compact mirrorless camera introduced in 2014 as part of Nikon’s Nikon 1 system. It combines a 14.2-megapixel CX-format CMOS sensor with the EXPEED 4A processor and a hybrid autofocus system, offering particularly fast shooting performance in a small, lightweight body. The white Double Zoom Kit was officially offered with both the 1 NIKKOR VR 1030mm f/3.55.6 PD-ZOOM and 1 NIKKOR VR 30110mm f/3.85.6 lenses.

The 1030mm PD-ZOOM provides a versatile 2781mm equivalent range, covering wide-angle landscapes, everyday snapshots, travel, and portraits. Its power-zoom design keeps the lens particularly compact, while built-in VR helps reduce the effects of camera shake when shooting handheld.
