Description

The Rollei Historyline 98 is a stylish, retro-inspired compact digital camera designed for everyday photography and lovers of classic camera aesthetics. Built around a 20.16-megapixel 1/2.3-inch Sony CCD sensor, it captures stills with the rich color saturation, pleasing contrast, and nostalgic rendering characteristic of traditional CCD sensors.

Equipping users for various shooting scenarios, the camera features a 12 optical zoom lens (24288mm equivalent), spanning wide-angle landscape framing to long-range telephoto perspectives. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) helps offset camera shake, while the Super Macro mode allows close-up focusing down to 3cm.

Compositions are framed via the 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen, and settings include versatile scene modes, exposure compensation, and a built-in popup-style flash with red-eye reduction. Recording video in 720p HD at 30 fps to microSD storage, the Rollei Historyline 98 combines classic design heritage, a generous 12 zoom range, and authentic CCD color performance in a lightweight 127g body.
