Description

The Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 is a compact, lightweight wide-angle lens designed for Canon FD-mount manual focus film cameras. With its versatile focal length, it’s ideal for landscapes, street photography, architecture, and environmental portraits.

Despite being small and portable, this lens delivers excellent optical performance with sharp rendering, good contrast, and minimal distortion. The f/2.8 aperture allows for decent low-light performance and some shallow depth of field control. The minimum focus distance of 30 cm also makes it useful for close-up wide compositions.

Built with solid metal construction, smooth manual focus, and Canons Super Spectra Coating, its a reliable choice for photographers using Canon FD bodies or adapting the lens to mirrorless digital cameras for a classic look with vintage character.
