Description

The Canon FD 100mm F2.8 S.S.C. is a classic short-telephoto prime lens from Canons golden FD era, highly regarded for its sharpness, smooth background blur, and excellent color reproduction. Thanks to Canons Super Spectra Coating (S.S.C.), the lens delivers high contrast and strong resistance to flare and ghosting, even in challenging light.

With its 100mm focal length, this lens is ideal for portrait photography, offering natural compression and pleasing subject separation. It also performs beautifully for detail shots, nature, and classic film photography, with a rendering that many photographers still seek today.

Built with solid all-metal construction, precise manual focusing, and a compact design, the FD 100mm F2.8 S.S.C. is a favorite among film shooters and collectors, and works perfectly on Canon FD film bodies as well as mirrorless cameras via adapter.
