Description:

The Sony E 35mm f/1.8 OSS is a compact and versatile prime lens designed for Sony’s APS-C mirrorless cameras with an E-mount. Offering a f/1.8 maximum aperture, this lens excels in low-light conditions, providing a shallow depth of field for beautiful bokeh and smooth subject isolation. The f/1.8 aperture also allows for creative control over your shots, making it ideal for portraits, street photography, and general everyday use.

The lens is equipped with Optical SteadyShot (OSS), which provides image stabilization to reduce camera shake, particularly beneficial when shooting in low light or with slower shutter speeds. This feature helps ensure sharper images, even in handheld shooting situations, and is especially useful when shooting video.

With a 35mm focal length on an APS-C sensor, this lens gives an effective focal length of about 52.5mm, making it a great standard lens for a variety of photography styles, from portraits to general-purpose shooting. The minimum focus distance of 0.3m allows for close-up shots, making it a versatile option for both wide-angle and close-up photography.

The Sony E 35mm f/1.8 OSS is known for its sharpness, contrast, and color accuracy. It delivers excellent optical performance, producing detailed, high-quality images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberration. The 9-blade circular aperture ensures smooth, aesthetically pleasing bokeh.

At just 154g, the lens is lightweight and compact, making it an excellent choice for everyday carry or travel. Whether you’re looking for a lens for portraits, street photography, or general use, the Sony E 35mm f/1.8 OSS delivers reliable performance with high-quality results.
